Our center is dedicated to the treatment of complex and non-healing wounds. We focus on improving healing outcomes, preventing complications, and helping patients regain comfort and independence. Many wounds require more than basic first aid or standard dressings. That is where our team’s expertise makes the difference.
We work closely with patients, families, and referring providers to create treatment plans that address not only the wound itself but also the underlying conditions that may be slowing recovery.

Education for patients and caregivers on home wound care
First visit: Patients undergo a complete evaluation, which includes a review of medical history, current medications, and an examination of the wound. Diagnostic tests may be ordered if needed. Treatment usually begins at this first appointment.
Follow-up care: Regular visits are scheduled to monitor progress and adjust the care plan as needed. The frequency depends on the type of wound and how it responds to therapy.
Ongoing support: Patients receive detailed instructions on wound care at home and information on what to watch for between visits.
We believe that wound care requires more than treating the surface. Our team focuses on the whole patient—circulation, nutrition, mobility, infection prevention, and overall health. The combination of medical expertise, consistent follow-up, and clear education provides the best chance for long-term healing.
We welcome referrals from physicians, surgeons, podiatrists, home health agencies, and hospitals. Our team provides timely appointments, clear communication, and detailed progress updates to support continuity of care.
Do I need a referral?
Not always. Some insurance carriers require it, but many patients may book directly.
When will treatment start?
In most cases, care begins during the first appointment.
How long does wound care take?
The duration depends on wound type, size, and underlying conditions. Some wounds heal within weeks, while others require longer care.
Can family members be involved?
Yes. We encourage caregivers and family members to attend visits and be part of the care process.
What should I do if my wound suddenly worsens?
Contact our office immediately if you notice increased pain, redness, swelling, or drainage. In urgent cases with fever or spreading infection, go to the emergency department first.
